Deliverables

The Magnum Group's rebar deliverables package consists of the following:

Cover Sheet: This is akin to a table of contents for the drawing package. It lists the names and sheet numbers of the included sheets as well as summary details of the rebar project.
Key Plan: This is a diagram that delineates the area within the overall construction plan for which the rebar detailing is being done.
Sketch Sheet: These sheets precisely locate the position of the bars that are being detailed in the package. It includes horizontal and vertical sections of the concerned beams and columns as well.
Placing List: This is a list of the rebars in the order that they should be installed. The rebars are grouped according to the type of concrete member they reinforce, e.g. beams, columns and slabs. Comprehensive physical data is provided for each bar (data such as quantity, dimensions and shapees).
Cutting & Bending List: This provides all information required for fabricating the concerned rebars. Bars are listed in descending orders of diameter and length, and segregated at the second level into straight, bent and custom bars.
